PRODUCT REVIEW: Mont Alpi Table Top Gas Pizza Oven

I’ve been on the hunt for a pizza oven and since Blackstone discontinued theirs I opted to try this Mont Alpi found on Amazon;

I paid this 373 CAD and honestly it is worth every penny, it came well packaged, it was easy to assemble, it went up to 500 degrees, the pizza cooked in under 4 minutes, it cooked perfectly, and the price is right.

    It appears to be very even cooking. No hot spots.

    Can you do a neapolitan style at 800 degrees or so?
