Panasonic uses inferior paint in their microwave oven cavities that chars with normal use. Don’t wast you money on these inferior products.

Looks good. My only criticism is that it doesn’t look like it can fit a very large plate.

You didn’t answer the question as to how to use the power level.

I have concerns. I just bought this exact model NN-SC669S (Canada). It is not very fast to heat. 1 1/2 minutes on PL10 with 8 ozs of water and I can hold my fingers in it. The unit this replaced was the very same but older of course and I am sure it was allot faster than that. Any comments? Thanks.. PS; the cord comes straight out the back of the plug on this unit so it forces you to place the unit farther out from the wall if the plug is behind the unit. I suppose this isnt an issue if you are able to maintain the 3" ventilation space or if the plug is off to the side but ours is built in. On our old one, same make and type, the cord was at right angles so you could place the micro closer to the wall. Just saying.

Panasonic makes hundreds of microwaves, you need to provided the model number because, like someone else said, many are similar but have different features and finishes and prices. Just for your info, you should not cover your food with plastic lids when you reheat in the microwave. The heat deteriorates the plastic and releases toxic stuff in your food.

Mine just out of warranty and has gone faulty! Turn it on timer goes down but microwave not running. Not impressed. 2 years and basically dead.

Panasonic microwaves rarely last more than a year past warranty, even with just moderate use. The paint peels, the motor gets noisy, the interlock swathes shift inside the cabinet, making it impossible to turn on, and the fuse blows. Even if you are qualified to repair them (don’t try it if you are unfamiliar – there is lethal voltage inside), they use "security Torx" screws to make them hard to open without a specialized tool (but, fortunately, one you can get cheaply on Amazon). My first microwave oven (Sharp) lasted 14 years with moderate use. The two Panasonics I purchased after that lasted about 2 years each with the same usage. Garbage, aimed at planned obsolescence.
