OO
You lost me at recommending Frigidaire, we’re on our 2nd and they are complete garbage. Have you actually tried to cook on one? Four service calls in the past year in the middle of this pandemic and they can’t fix the deficiencies. Their corporate office has gone quiet which is their usual tactic so we’re left on our own to go after them through our state AG office and/or file a claim with VISA. The front burners only heat the rear half of the pan even after they replaced the elements during the last service call. The convection fan sounds like a cement mixer and it switches on and off even during normal bake. Oh, and as delivered one screw was missing from the fan cover and the other was stripped. The oven pre-heat kicks off before reaching temp. If you just use bake then it preheats normally, If you use convect preheat then it never sounds when it reaches temp. And the time it takes to change burner temp settings means things will boil over so you need to lift pans off. Be careful reaching the rear burners because my wife keeps activating the control panel by leaning into it. This new range was to replace our older Frigidaire range that worked well but blew the induction generator board three times and that is a $600 part! Do yourself a favor and skip over everything else then look at Bosch or Meile or don’t buy induction at all!
Are these induction ranges like glass top stoves? I do a lot of pressure canning and large stock pot cooking so what kind of weight does it accept comfortably?
How well do they handle flat bottomed woks? Even the flat bottomed ones have relatively small bases ( 4 inches diameter ) and it would be hard to fit a wok on the rear element.
The biggest issue is the costs. They are very expensive!
I like the video presentation. Subscribed.
Is this electric connection right this isn’t gas needed????????
how can I distinguish regular electric range from an induction technology?
for design and performance, I purchased Samsung 🙂
Here’s an extended review on the top 5 induction ranges: https://www.designerappliances.com/blog/best-induction-ranges/
I’ve never used an induction…but how can it possibly be MORE responsive and accurate than gas? When you turn gas on, immediate heat. When you turn it off…heat is immediately gone. It’s also infinitely adjustable by looking at the flame… am I missing something?
I’m surprised Bosch didn’t make the list

Do the handles on the pots we use get hot?
SAMSUNG Induction range is a very expensive GARBAGE. My range brokedown after 2 years only and Samsung does not provide solution. Look in Internet for SAMSUNG E-84 and you will find many users with the same problem.
Does anyone make an induction cooktop or induction range that also has one conventional electric radiant coil for cooking with non-steel pots?
Can this stove cook potatoes?
What about the wolf induction range?
