    You might want to contact Apple. I did a test today as I felt that I was walking further than the APP was showing. I know this route from driving it very often. It’s off by more than over ONE mile.

    Best health advise: turn off the iPhone, don’t waste time on YT and go outside for a walk in the park or at the beach with no distractions is a good start

    I use something called my brain for fitness training. I also use it for other things that don’t require an iPhone. Your brain is free an iPhone cost $1200.

    Love this! Crazy timing as I just started thinking this week about my health app. It really does have some great features! Do you find it pretty accurate in terms of step count and that sort of thing? Or do you think its kind of similar to calorie burn variability that comes with gym machines (ie not totally accurate and can be up to 20%+ too high) ? Just curious !
    Update; noticing you have an Apple Watch which I’m sure helps the accuracy.

    was hoping to get some good info from this video, unfortunately she doesn’t even start getting into the app until 2:30 into the video. There is no real cohesive and intelligible rundown of the features. It’s more just an unplanned rambling rant without any forethought to even review her own data before starting the video. bummer
