    Samsung’s twin evaporator has a design flaw. The defrost heater does not melt all the ice build up in the refrigerator section, this build up grows over time and jams the circulation fan. Even if the ice melts, water accumulates under the crisper. So many have reported this issue with Samsung refrigerators.
