    I have a similar oven, mine says dont put the front/lid on while theres fire or lit coals in the box. Looks great. We did some cast iron steaks as well.

    2 mins is too long and you can tell the dough was dried out….need flame when cooking neopolitan, 60-90 seconds max at 400-450C…..nice oven though.
