    Kudos for bringing up the financing issue. Always good to talk to your lender when you have odd items, like generators. I would imagine a canoe would be problematic with any lender.

    One of your best/most informative videos to date Annie! In my practice, when meeting with Clients for the first CMA/Observation visit, the "probing questions" you articulated are critical. The final CMA should have a plan to deal with all non-conveyance items.
