Would you recommend kosher salt over sea salt? Because I always heard that sea salt was the healthy option.

  5. MrAdamkimbo on May 29, 2021 at 7:27 am

Great series – thanks! I’m looking to buy a decent stainless steel pan but I’m not sure whether I should buy a frying pan or a skillet/sauté pan. Would you be able to give me some advice? Thanks again.

I understand not including cast iron but I don’t think I could do without my pyrex sauce pans.

  10. One Guy One Jar's, One Lover: ME on May 29, 2021 at 7:33 am

OK but why no cast Iron pan? I feel like you use it for a lot of your dishes in the basics with Babish series

My most essential kitchen tool is that little rubber tube garlic peeler. Game changer.

Hey Babish! The Pro knife you recommended is discontinued! Could you offer up another recommendation for a similar caliber knife that won’t break the bank?

Hey Babish, I know I’m 3 years late to this video but I have a question about the cutting board. I’ve heard that wood is better because plastic tends to cause more cross contamination. Is that true? Thank you

I get not liking the small cutting boards, but I got a couple that I love to use when I just need to cut up a lemon or two for drinks and such without dirtying up a large cutting board
