Shame you didn’t check the touch sensitivity of each.
Once I dropped my iPod touch off of our balcony on to the first floors hard wooden floors and it landed on the corner and only the case got scratched
THE MUG

👋
Arun: the biggest and heaviest brick…
Nokia:I’m known for this
Scratches at level 6 with deeper grooves at level 7
Me thinking
If i wait 2 years more then iphone 12 will come to my range
Him
Ok i bought 3 iphone 12 hust to check screen protectors
Shock ! The most expensive one was the best. That’s another 10 minutes of my life lost to a pointless video.
My guy destroyed 3 phones for us
ok look at this one
bruhh stop breaking those phones give one to me instead omgggg
The last test is not that relatable to real world situations. The weight shouldn’t be heavier then the phone itself, but perhaps a point load dropped from far height.
Srsly give away those phones and use cheaper ones.
My p40 lite i think it’s a 10 tier and it’s like 3$ but I Buy it in serbia and my p40 lite fell like 100 TIMES and izts super steong
Weird flex but ok
Gimme Iphone 13 Pro
Please say that that were dummy phones you dropped the bricks on… 😳
Someone recommend iPhone 13 pro full screen protector
Youtubers: Lets do the phone drop test.
Mr. Boss: Lets do the XXL brick drop test, cuz ye we people drop bricks on our phones, AWESOME !
The 9H is not the Mohs hardness. Sapphire is Mohs 9, and diamond is Mohs 10. But the "9H" is the pencil hardness graded from 9H to 3B. The pencil used for drawing blueprint (old school when there is no AutoCAD lol) is 6H and the regular pencil for students is usually around 2H – HB. The pencil used for sketching arts is usually around 2B. So they are not lying, they are just using the confusing facts that people don’t know what 9H means.
The problem I’ve got with the $1 screen protector is that in South Africa your phone will be unprotected for 3 months while it arrives in the post. I ordered one for my Nokia 8 Sirocco when I first got it and 3 months later just as it got to the post office I broke the screen. Don’t be like me.
Rip 3 new iPhones 😭
I would prefer if the tests stopped before the brick …and then given the phones away
Life lesson don’t spend 40$ on a screen protector spend 80
Why do you waste money like this…
My man destroying iphones me stuck with nokia 6.1 🤣🤣
Slight clarification:
-The two cheaper screen protectors, don’t claim to be level 9 in hardness specifically, but claim to be "9H". The point I should have added is that 9H is not the same as 9, and that 9H is MUCH weaker, but is used by these companies because it sounds a lot like "level 9", when it actually isn’t – which you’ll see demonstrated in the video.
Thanks for watching once again, really appreciate it ❤️
So heartbreaking 😭😭😭
Review mous phone cases
The sapphire screen protector after being hit by a brick: "I didn’t hear no bell"
Some wiseman said – glass is glass and glass breaks 🙂🙂
I would have been curious the see the damage to the phones themselves if they were all put in an identical case with a raised lip that protected the phone itself from taking a direct brick hit.
So we bought 4 iPhone 12
My screen protectors always ended up cracked wether they were expensive or cheap. I stopped buying them and have yet to actually crack or scratch my screen even though I drop my phone all the time.
“Scratches at level 6 with deeper grooves at level 7”

“Glass is glass and glass breaks”
I donno…it feels like the brick test woulda been negated by a case. I’m a fan (or sucker) of screen protectors…personally I opt for the film style which is "self healing" on my LG G8 its been a layer that gives me confidence when my phone hangs out with my keys in a pocket for a time…that’s the bulk of abuse it’ll truly see…I use a case to assist against (or give me a sense of security) against drops or things dropping.
The hammer and scratch tests seemed more in line with expected abuse on a phone. I did appreciate that the Sapphire protector took the lions share of the brick abuse…but damn…if that’s what you feel you’ll encounter surely you’d be going for a less…"flagship" phone and a more "rugged" style phone
I would have been happy with the durability examples up to the first hammer strike. Everything after that is simply out of the expected realm of normal mishaps. The phone carnage was hard to watch. Lol..
Too late
gloria christine live,love,laugh
why this guy breaking the iphones
When he dropped the brick at first, I literally looked away in pain.
I think the brick was overboard. You should get a drop test machine if you want to do this accurately. 💯
.. anyway,we cant leave the phone without a screen protector
The sapphire one probably would’ve been completely fine with an otterbox for additional protection
Yes 1 grit those nuggets
slightly painful to watch~
Bro! 😒😒 you could have given me one instead of testing the screen protector. you could have used a dummy one. broken my heart like 1 & 4 $ screen protector.
I would get the $1 one, cheap
Just buy a phone case problem solved.
Can I have one iPhone
