Best Computer Shops in Sydney Australia
So as you all know I’ve been working in the Tech Retail space for about 10 years now in Sydney and I think it’s time I share who I think the best computer shops are in Sydney and possibly even Australia.
IMO what makes a great computer shop and tech store is a few simple things.
1. Customer service. Treat me like a human and i’ll happily keep coming back.
2. Visual presentation and appearance. If you look like you care about your image I can pretty safely assume you’re passionate about the things your selling and will get some great advice.
3. A great website. If the website is easy to navigate and you can find things where you would expect to find them then thats more likely to keep me coming back and buying more products.
4. Support. Even if you’re not 100% sure about the answer but willing to make a little effort to try and help, that goes a long long way.
5. Price. The reason I put price last is because for the most part if the 1st four things are great then I’ll be more likely to spend a little extra because I know if I have any drama down the track then i’ll probably come back. If you want some sweet PC parts deals and thats all you care about.. thats totally fine as well. I’m not rich by any means and can completely relate.

Shhhh, you can’t say that about Apple!
The official story is Apple Stores will harvest your organs if you are sucked into their evil empire and it is PC stores that are so user friendly and will help you with everything, although REAL PC Fanbois wouldn’t know that because they never have to ask for help and nothing ever goes wrong.
