    I believe everyone should have a crock pot/ slow cooker…I am single and I have three and a half…LOL…the half is a little crockette – little warmer. I have taken it to work with me to heat up my red beans and rice. It is amazing. I have, also, traveled with my crock pots to the beach.

    Picked up a bread machine for under 10$, kneads the dough jn 3 weights. But I’m stoked about FINALLY finding garbanzo bean flour… for $2.19 a 1lb bag….bought 6!!

    One of the best places to find gently used items is the Facebook market place. I’ve found juicers for a great price there. Check it out, you’ll be amazed.

    I also just found a 6 qt. pressure cooker (not instant pot) for $30 at best buy. I never used one before, but it is life changing.

    As far as blenders, invest in a vitamix. Vitamix sells them refurbished with a full warranty. Worth every penny.

    thrift stores are the first place I look for special appliances. I found an electric pasta maker for under 15 bucks. Saves me tons of money on spelt pasta, which can really be expensive in the grocery stores.

    I tried to become vegan this past couple of months but I dropped a lot of weight and not sure if I am not eating enough or what I need to eat. My mother said I could have vitamin b12 deficiency. I did not eat soy because I am allergic any tips
