Champions of Midgard is a ton of fun

  2. Stuff and Nonsense on February 22, 2022 at 11:05 pm

    Is this legal?

  3. paul layfield on February 22, 2022 at 11:08 pm

Remember Just the tip? That was a great game.

while i don’t think this is a "best" in any manner, i think this is a great list of suggestions for people looking to start getting into the hobby. It has a nice mix of types (maybe missing a straight deck builder) and easy to get into games. Betrayal is one of my favorite games, but i’m also well aware of the shortfalls (unbalanced haunts and typos). Maybe this is a 10 ten games you could bring to game night if you don’t know what people are into. I do like all the games in this list that i’ve played.

  6. Nick Long on February 22, 2022 at 11:10 pm

Wingspan is super overrated change my mind.

(My reason: almost zero player interaction. It’s a one player game you play at the same time as your friends. There’s better games for this). It is 10/10 pretty tho

  7. Rick Wirch on February 22, 2022 at 11:10 pm

Nice video, I have played 8 of the 10 and own 5 of them. I think other honorable mentions are also good and I would also add Reef, Tikal, Potion Explosion, KingDomino. I used to say one of my favorites was Puerto Rico. One really good thing about that game is that you do not spend a lot of time waiting for players as when anyone does an action, everyone then does that action so the time spent waiting is less.

1:39 … constructing one of the wonders of the world… WatchMojo shows an image of the Colosseum, which is not part of the 7 wonders. Come on guys, try a little harder ok?

  9. Morag Tong on February 22, 2022 at 11:13 pm

WTF? I got to "King of Tokyo" and hit the back button. A Top 10 game of the century is a broken ass party game? Please stop making videos.

  10. rinceart on February 22, 2022 at 11:14 pm

Chaos in the Old World is my all time favorite. The second would be Arkham Horror second edition.

  11. Antonio Victo on February 22, 2022 at 11:15 pm

2 of my favorites boardgames weren’t on the list. For those interested, try out Scythe and Root. Those are great!

  12. noname on February 22, 2022 at 11:16 pm

    Monopoly and chess on top

  13. Jimmy Joe on February 22, 2022 at 11:20 pm

    No twilight imperium 4th edition?

  14. Alexe Adrian on February 22, 2022 at 11:20 pm

    Ugh, awful list…

  15. SkreltNL on February 22, 2022 at 11:21 pm

  16. Adam Ortega on February 22, 2022 at 11:22 pm

Oh okay 2000 to 2020 lmao 🤣 , I guess I’m old school during the 90s only Board games I ever played was chutes and ladders, candy 🍭 land, checkers, backgammon and goldfish. During the 2000s and on I been playing a lot of video games lol 😂 maybe I should try out someone these games, I never heard of any of them

  17. Phil Venti on February 22, 2022 at 11:23 pm

These people do not play any boardgames

  18. Icix Gnu Jr. on February 22, 2022 at 11:24 pm

Settlers with expansion beats most of the list.
Terraforming mars (even without expansions) beats most of the list.
Maybe you cant include Magic The Gathering and D&D, but they kinda rule too.
But Ticket to ride? Its so simple its boring..
And games like Risk were you can win with way more luck than skill is also bs.

  19. King JBird92 on February 22, 2022 at 11:25 pm

One Night Ultimate Werewolf is an amazing social deduction game!

  20. Tennis Player *Yea Yea* on February 22, 2022 at 11:27 pm

Why do so many of these playthroughs have actors from the tv show "Eureka", is it an extra or something?

  21. Juno Synth on February 22, 2022 at 11:28 pm

I also recommend Terreforming Mars, Caverna, Cosmic Encounter, Ark Nova, Love Letter, Great Western Trail. Root, Deception – Murder in Hong Kong, Roll to the Galaxy and Summoner Wars. Out of the list given – 7 Wonders, King of Tokyo, Lords of Waterdeep, Wingspan and Ticket to Ride are the ones I like.

Who’s the guy with the beard on the right? Is he the guy that used to be an author?

  25. Jonathan Medrano Palomero on February 22, 2022 at 11:35 pm

    CATAN!

  26. icecold337 on February 22, 2022 at 11:35 pm

I guess I’m not nerdy enough to know how to play these “seemingly boring af” games. They ALL look like a complete waste of time. Come at me, Nerds!!! 🖕🏼

This is the best of the century (so far??) fk that! Where are the classics? The game of Life, Monopoly, Mouse Trap, Battleship, Candyland, Scrabble, etc.

This list is way worse than the kardashian’s work ethic. Fk me!

  27. Jrh007 on February 22, 2022 at 11:35 pm

    Catan didn’t make the list??

  28. GrimJerr on February 22, 2022 at 11:39 pm

Card Games are not Board Games

  29. Troy Suza on February 22, 2022 at 11:41 pm

This is a terrible list and a terrible video, using others videos without their permission. Plus the game list is just someone fav games without any research.

  30. Dee Naxic on February 22, 2022 at 11:41 pm

Must be getting desperate for video ideas, if you make a top century lists, when we are hardly 20% through it.

  31. Lorenzo Vive on February 22, 2022 at 11:41 pm

HEROQUEST! It is the best game ever, anyone who says otherwise is wrong!

  32. quasi-intellecual on February 22, 2022 at 11:42 pm

This is so random. Because Ive never heard of a single game in this list.

  33. Ginsbene on February 22, 2022 at 11:43 pm

I would add Splendor, a card game where you play as jewelers to get points. Dominion a card game in which you try to obtain as many estates as possible (it’s can move really fast or at slow pace) and my personal Fav Star Wats Rebellion. If you like star wars and long war strategy games, this is it.

  34. Stephan Wessels on February 22, 2022 at 11:43 pm

Any board games list that starts with Power Grid, includes Wingspan and ends with Ticket To Ride, is a winner. Excellent work. Thank you.

  35. Ein Salerno on February 22, 2022 at 11:46 pm

    sentinels of the multiverse

  36. Nikki S. on February 22, 2022 at 11:46 pm

No Zombicide…despite CMON dominating the Kickstarter Boardgame sphere, with their latest Zombicide campaign making 9million?

Also shame on you if you didn’t get permission from these Content Creators to use their footage, as 3 minute games seems to indicate

  37. Paulo Lyra on February 22, 2022 at 11:47 pm

That was a sid Meier’s civilization vi developer/designer right there!!!!

  38. Seas2kr on February 22, 2022 at 11:49 pm

these games aren’t even anywhere near the best of centuru games.

  39. Stuart Hetzler on February 22, 2022 at 11:51 pm

Not even a mention of gloomhaven? Absurd. It’s the highest rated game on BGG and has been for like 2 years. Its sequel broke records raising 13 million dollars on Kickstarter. And y’all just not even gonna mention it?

  40. Maik Otter on February 22, 2022 at 11:51 pm

    I played 3 games of this 10.

Zug um Zug (~ Ticket to Ride)
    Carcassonne
    King of Tokyo

  41. WatersC51 on February 22, 2022 at 11:51 pm

    OMG IT’S WILL WEATON

  42. Robert G. on February 22, 2022 at 11:52 pm

Love most of those, but my favorite is firefly the board game!

  43. Josh Okon on February 22, 2022 at 11:52 pm

This is a list of the most sold games, not the best games.

  44. Oscar Conachey on February 22, 2022 at 11:52 pm

    D&D

  45. cordawg89 on February 22, 2022 at 11:54 pm

Pandemic is going to be the next “classic” like snakes and ladders or life. COVID might help that

Also was going to make the Cones of Dunshire joke but she beat me too it

  46. FranzBinder20 on February 22, 2022 at 11:56 pm

    Can you please include timestamps?

  47. Patrik Szomolai on February 22, 2022 at 11:56 pm

    this list is so lousy…

  48. Scooter Bogdan on February 22, 2022 at 11:56 pm

    Lol this is terrible

  49. Tatu T on February 22, 2022 at 11:58 pm

Why Gloomhaven or Terraforming Mars are not on the list……

  50. J. Cain on February 22, 2022 at 11:59 pm

Not that it needs Mojo for clout, but Settlers of Catan not being on the list was an interesting decision.
