I had a very similar experience with the Mx Keys. The key layout is great; however, after a couple of weeks of using it I felt my fingers were getting tired very easily.

  8. mohammad HH on November 17, 2021 at 11:30 am

nice video, it could be better if u try some enthusiast keyboards and some cheaper keyboards and membrane keyboards to see the difference

  9. said rahal on November 17, 2021 at 11:30 am

what would be a good hybrid keyboard for coding+gaming (both activities are done daily, 6 hours coding + 4 hours gaming)

  10. Pilgrim on November 17, 2021 at 11:38 am

How much are you willing to pay for inspiration.. Well said!!

What about plastic type of those caps on Logitech G915? Are they abs or tpb?

  12. FreeSoftware on November 17, 2021 at 11:40 am

  14. Vaggos Walker on November 17, 2021 at 11:41 am

Which keyboard is better fot witing in word? Mechanical or a wireless, for eample Logitech MK295?

  15. FreeSoftware on November 17, 2021 at 11:42 am

08:00 But a price > 200 Euro is outright insane!

  16. R Deh on November 17, 2021 at 11:43 am

I prefer the filco majestouch for coding and typing those you mention are more gaming focused

  17. Janus Anus on November 17, 2021 at 11:43 am

One question. Do you have to be smart if you want to code? Because then its a no go for me lol🀣

  18. Don HO on November 17, 2021 at 11:43 am

Programmers search the best keyboard for programming, but they forget their programming skill is defined by their brain, not by the $300 keyboard.

  19. Prem Chettri on November 17, 2021 at 11:47 am

Due too Tech Lead I got this G815 ( Wired Version of G915) and it true.. its definitely one of the best keyboard I have ever owned!! Super fast

  20. OmniNero on November 17, 2021 at 11:50 am

"G915 rattles." *Immediately picks up keyboard to shake* Yup, looks like it does. It doesn’t if you hold it flat and shake up and down. If you hold it like he does (vertically and shake it forward/backwards), then it definitely does. But fair enough — it does indeed rattle a little.

  21. Sivakumar G Nair on November 17, 2021 at 11:51 am

I spray deep heat on my $10 keyboard so that my fingers don’t hurt

  22. Hfsm33 on November 17, 2021 at 11:51 am

Dude really called 150 wpm "good". Then wtf am I lmao

  23. Jose B on November 17, 2021 at 11:52 am

and the reason you can type faster is because you type only letters…a real test would include numbers, letters, and special characters (numbers, commas, dashes, periods, parenthesis, asterisks, quotations, apostrophies, etc.). Test your typing with a realistic test and tell us you did 170 WPM. Mamon…

  24. Ken on November 17, 2021 at 11:52 am

Do these have cap lock button?

  25. Live Loud πŸ”Š on November 17, 2021 at 11:54 am

HHKB is the perfect keyboard for programming

  27. γ•γ γ—γ‚’γ‚―γƒŸ on November 17, 2021 at 11:56 am

really random but what if TechLead was actually Dr Youn hmmmmmm

  28. M Lind on November 17, 2021 at 11:58 am

Is that the BenQ PD3200U monitor?

  29. Jose B on November 17, 2021 at 11:58 am

Half of those keyboards should NOT even come into the picture, because they do NOT include the numeric keypad, which is the most essential part part of ANY keyboard. What kind of typist are you who’d not even consider that part of the keyboard in a review? Most people’s jobs rely on that extra set of keys. I am looking for the perfect keyboard and I almost considered some of your choices, but then I looked real close and realized that they are missing the most important part of it…Ugh!…on to the next Youtuber.

  30. Jacksquatch on November 17, 2021 at 11:59 am

I love the humor. my fingers will hurt and I can’t work for a few days. Complete BS, but so funny.

  31. Kevin Fernandes on November 17, 2021 at 11:59 am

    What about ergonomic keyboards?

  32. Atkin17 on November 17, 2021 at 12:03 pm

    Have you tried HHKB?

  33. Pea Dookie on November 17, 2021 at 12:04 pm

I have the Logitech G Pro predecessor to this keyboard and honestly, it’s great and has been for almost 4 years now. Click without being annoying, fits in a backpack (TKL), comfortable spacing, nice lighting. Now that they’ve got replaceable keys, I’m not sure there’s much else to ask for. TKL + trackball FTW for programming.

  34. Prince Hasn on November 17, 2021 at 12:05 pm

    Excellent review. Thanks.

Son, you have no clue what a real keyboard is. SMH.

  38. qaz wsx on November 17, 2021 at 12:07 pm

i knew it, that day i walked past a store selling logitech stuff, hands on the Logitech G915 TKL, love at first touch but my jaw dropped when i saw the price, but i suppose quality has its price.

  39. Kevin Wu on November 17, 2021 at 12:08 pm

Thank you for the honest feedback on those keyboards. Great Review!

  40. gardener 2.0 on November 17, 2021 at 12:09 pm

a true keyboard is: split, ortholinear, incline about 40 degrees, and keys easy to press. Of course a programmed layout (or coleman, workman). It’s just to get affiliations that he is making this video

  41. Diggnuts on November 17, 2021 at 12:10 pm

RGB for inspiration? That is some grade A bullshit right there!

  42. Michael Kramer on November 17, 2021 at 12:11 pm

THX, just as I broke my old LogiTech keyboard improving code – I stumbled over this video.
    Thx for programming perspective.

  43. Nazmican Γ‡alΔ±k on November 17, 2021 at 12:12 pm

very well put video! thanks for making it

  44. Fluxcap on November 17, 2021 at 12:13 pm

Is WPM even an issue when it comes to coding? My fingers can out race my mind with anything more modern than punch cards.

  45. Dualzz on November 17, 2021 at 12:14 pm

I love how the basis for the best programming keyboard is a couple of typing tests lol. And nearly all of the keyboards are gaming keyboards, if he actually got a custom I’m sure he would like it much better than a stock low profile Logitech board

  46. Mik Man on November 17, 2021 at 12:14 pm

Ok, the content is good. but 8 times advertising? just annoying how YouTube tries to sell you such a subscription 🀯

  47. K V on November 17, 2021 at 12:14 pm

Great review, thanks for the info. Seriously, how does lighting make you type faster?

  48. Sidney on November 17, 2021 at 12:15 pm

Have you tested the "ThinkPad TrackPoint Keyboard II" which maybe $99?

  49. braunbaerhh on November 17, 2021 at 12:16 pm

a TKL keyboard for programming. Really? I’m searching for years for a standard layout keyboard for programming, no nonsense keys, no battery, 19mm. Now i’m using the low-priced logitech K280e, it’s doing its job good enough for now. Looks like there are no alternatives. Now the Cherry MX 10.ON is coming, i will have a look.

  50. Jose B on November 17, 2021 at 12:16 pm

Typing speed changes with your mood…if you’re feeling happy and inspired, you will type much faster…if you’re feeling lousy or blue, you will type slower and with more mistakes. Also, you gotta clip your fingernails every couple of weeks, because if you let them grow for a month+, that tiny extra length can get in the way and make typos.
