    hey ,if anyone else is searching for quick fix for shin splints try Mackorny Run Fast Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )?

    Thanks for the tips. What’s your recommendation for the AdBlock app in terms of the VPN/DNS Proxy. Should that be turned on? And if not, does the app still does its work of blocking the ads even when the VPN is off?

    Be careful with tip number eight. If you turn off significant locations under location services under privacy you will no longer get battery optimization. Significant locations is required according two a call I just had with AppleCare. I was wondering why my battery optimization was not working and they have me turn this back on. Otherwise, the other 29 tips are great! Thank you Brandon. Hope this feedback helps.

    Great video, helped me a lot on the iPhoneSE 2020. Other advice I would have is to use an automation to disconnect cellular data while on your home’s wifi and turning off wifi (and cellular data on) when you leave home

    Turning on reduce motion will take away the smoothness of the gesture controls of iphone so i am happy to have bit less battery but rather enjoy my phone.
