  7. KillCo on February 2, 2021 at 9:24 pm

Do you have any videos that can help make items using a Crock Pot, Food Processor? I have them but they really just gather dust since I very often cannot find the energy to do meal prep. I’ve been training with someone for a couple months now too and though I have seen some small improvement, meals and eating regularly are still where I fall short. I’d like to think if there was a way for me to make something that was just "set it and forget it" I might have better luck doing meal prep.

  8. Shawn Trivett on February 2, 2021 at 9:24 pm

  15. G. L. Greenlaw on February 2, 2021 at 9:32 pm

Thank you for this! A few things: Could YOU PLEASE let us know where you sourced the all metal SPIRALIZER featured in your book? I want so hard! I’m weary of plastic. For real. It’s ubiquitous and it’s toxic Heat + Food =Toxic. Please consider promoting anodized skillets. Nonstick needs to be nontoxic. 🙁

  16. Sean Johnson on February 2, 2021 at 9:33 pm

Bro, look at your videos from 2018, and now, you look scared or tired like you have not slept for days. You are rushing.

  25. BdelaCAS on February 2, 2021 at 9:44 pm

the metal bento box is good, but if you put hot food in and close it it will be almost impossible to open and these containers don’t have a vent section to decompress, so watch out

  26. sternits on February 2, 2021 at 9:48 pm

Very useful. Thank you. I’ll watch for more from you.

  27. GIGI on February 2, 2021 at 9:48 pm

You are a very good communicator. Thanks for sharing your ideas without abusing my ears…

  30. tvguyau on February 2, 2021 at 9:50 pm

You are so right about the measuring cups and spoons. As I am in Australia and we use metric I have often struggled  with making sure the spoon and cup measurement are correct. I once even brought a measuring cup and spoon set from the usa so I know it had the right measurement’s.

  31. Daniela S. C. Lourenço on February 2, 2021 at 9:50 pm

  36. davud vaccari on February 2, 2021 at 9:55 pm

also you can say a knife is an extension of your hand
why do all these say all you need are two knifes and they all have the mega set that’s about 200.00

  37. Starry50 on February 2, 2021 at 9:56 pm

For tips for food containers, if you stay at the hotel and if there is no microwave I highly recommend to get hotlogic mini which is a food warmer especially for meal prep.

  38. Pavan Kalyan on February 2, 2021 at 9:57 pm

Please make video, about making boiled chicken tastier

  39. M.A.D.E.144 on February 2, 2021 at 10:00 pm

One thing you left out in bonuses was those containers behind you full of nuts and seeds and so on
After seeing them on a video ages ago i bought a bunch similar and have found these to be a great motivator to snack healthy

  41. kalel580 on February 2, 2021 at 10:03 pm

Thanks Kevin been wondering about some of those tools you use!!!

  42. ACS402010 on February 2, 2021 at 10:03 pm

I just discovered this channel, and I absolutely love it. So much valuable info about cooking, recipes etc.

  43. Kristine Rodriguez on February 2, 2021 at 10:03 pm

All-Clad NS1 and Scanpan Evolution are both more affordable lines of nonstick pans that are geared towards “introductory level” cooks! Scanpan is definitely worth the investment, plus they have a lifetime warranty!! As for knives, Wusthof Classic 8” chef knife is the best knife ever I love it so much! It is indeed my right hand man, between that and my Shun santoku knife, I don’t ever really use any other one!!

  44. Amanda Kurtzman on February 2, 2021 at 10:05 pm

You really covered all the bases. Thank you! This video is super helpful 🙂

  45. Arteena Shaw on February 2, 2021 at 10:06 pm

  46. ForceNemesis on February 2, 2021 at 10:09 pm

I am so getting a Spiralizer. Thanks for the recommendation

  47. Brutus M. on February 2, 2021 at 10:10 pm

Except for the slow cooker I have everything. But, I do have a steamer so that’s fine too. And I totally agree in buying good quality products. It might seem expensive, but they will last you so much longer. Also, knife sharpening tools. Very handy.

  48. Maniacal on February 2, 2021 at 10:11 pm

I started trying to lose weight a couple weeks ago (on the 11th), and your recipes in your app have helped me out a ton with portion control and healthy eating while still having delicious food to take to work! 13.5 pounds down and hoping to keep it going for many more pounds to come! Thank you so much for your work and knowledge you share with everyone, since it has helped me to become healthier and lose weight!

  49. Aaden Trn on February 2, 2021 at 10:11 pm

Quick tip. If you’re looking for kitchen essentials check out Marshall, TJMaxx or Homegoods. You can find a lot of name brand items for half the price of Amazon or the big box stores. And if you go at the right time you can find items on clearance which is a steal. I recently been updating my kitchen gear to streamline my meal prep. Also, if you have an Ikea in your city I would check them out. Picked up a pack of 2 flexible cutting board for $1.99. It’s great for cutting fruits, vegetables and herbs.

  50. Rich on February 2, 2021 at 10:12 pm

You should do an instapot episode!
